4.2 Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.4 Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle but will apply to subsequent renewals. We will provide advance notice of significant price changes.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all images and content you upload to CloyAi ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You own the AI-generated images created using our platform. You may use these images for commercial purposes, including marketing, e-commerce, and promotional materials.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
• Contains malware or malicious code

5.4 Our Intellectual Property

CloyAi's platform, technology, software, branding, and all related intellectual property are owned by CloyAi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without permission.

7.3 Image Suitability

AI results depend on the quality of uploaded images. We recommend uploading clear, high-resolution images for best results. We are not responsible for poor results due to low-quality inputs.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
